How to Install Your eSIM
Complete step-by-step guide for iPhone & Android. Installation takes less than 5 minutes.
Important
Install the eSIM before arriving in Spain, as you need a WiFi connection for the download. Once installed, activate it when you land.
iPhone
Go to Settings
Open Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan
Scan the QR Code
Use your iPhone camera to scan the QR code we sent to your email.
Activate the Plan
Confirm the eSIM installation and select it as your data plan.
Get Connected!
Enjoy unlimited internet in Spain!
Android
Go to Settings
Open Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add eSIM
Scan the QR Code
Select "Scan QR code" and scan the code we sent to your email.
Download & Install
Wait for the eSIM profile to download and confirm the installation.
Get Connected!
Enjoy unlimited internet!
APN Settings for Spain eSIM (If Required)
In most cases, APN (Access Point Name) settings are configured automatically when your eSIM connects to the network. If your eSIM installs successfully but you cannot browse the internet, you may need to set the APN manually.
