Direct airport pickup at Barcelona El Prat (BCN) is currently being expanded. For orders to Barcelona destinations, we offer hotel delivery (most common), residence delivery, or Correos Express / MRW pickup points in the city centre.

Select "Hotel delivery" at checkout. Your package will be delivered to your Barcelona hotel reception the day before your start date. The hotel holds it for you to collect at check-in.

Select a pickup point near your Barcelona hotel. Package is held at a local Correos or MRW shop — you can collect any time during shop hours with ID and your tracking number.

What if my flight is delayed?▼
Not a problem. The pickup counter holds your package for the entire day. If your flight is significantly delayed (more than 4 hours) or moved to a different day, contact us using the phone number in your order confirmation so we can re-coordinate.
What if I miss the pickup on arrival day?▼
If you can't pick up on your arrival day, we can send the package to your hotel instead. Contact us as soon as possible so we can re-route — there may be a small redelivery fee.
Can I pick up at Barcelona El Prat airport (BCN)?▼
Direct airport pickup at Barcelona is not currently available. For Barcelona trips, we recommend hotel delivery (most popular, no action required at the airport), residential delivery, or Correos/MRW pickup points near your accommodation.
Can I pick up at other Spanish airports (Seville, Malaga, Valencia, etc.)?▼
Direct airport pickup is currently only at Madrid Barajas. For other destinations, we deliver to your hotel, residence, or a nearby Correos Express / MRW pickup point — all options with free shipping.
What do I need to show at pickup?▼
Bring (1) your order confirmation email on your phone or printed, and (2) a photo ID — passport or national ID card. The name on the ID must match the order.
Is the pocket WiFi pre-charged?▼
