Pick up at a pickup point, at your hotel or your residence. We deliver for free anywhere in Spain.

PICKUP LOCATIONS

Pickup is super easy. We deliver your product to your hotel, guest house, residence, apartment and even to a store near you.

You can collect it upon check-in at the front desk. Be sure that the name of the order match with the name of the Hotel booking

Pickup your order directly at a store close to you

Receive it directly at your Spanish residence. The package will be delivered in hand (Monday to Friday)

Step 1

On the last day of your rental, put the device (and charger for WiFi) in the prepaid return envelope that came in your package.

Step 2

Drop the envelope in any yellow Correos postbox in Spain. You'll find them on every street, near hotels, and at Correos post offices.

Step 3

That's it! The postage is already paid, so you don't need to pay anything. We take care of the rest.

Spanish postbox (mailbox) is normally yellow, with the 'Correos' inscription.
