Where and when to pickup at the airport
To receive your Hotspot or SIM, please print in advance the order confirmation that you receive by email at the time of your booking. You can collect your package at the following pickup points:
MADRID AIRPORT T1-T2-T3
Pickup Point: Left Luggage / Consigna
Opening hours:
05:00 — 22:00
Terminal 1 — Arrivals (ground floor)
Next to the parking P1
Outside the terminal and across the road

MADRID AIRPORT T4
Pickup Point: Left Luggage / Consigna
Opening hours:
05:00 — 23:00
Terminal 4 — Arrivals (ground floor)
Inside the terminal

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please make sure you allow yourself plenty of time between your arrival and the closing hours of the pickup point. Flights are often delayed. If your flight is delayed and the pickup point is closed, you will have to go there on the next day. In that case we strongly recommend you choose the hotel / residence option for a more reliable and convenient pickup.
In busy periods, be prepared for possible queues at the left luggage. Plan accordingly and allow extra time for the pickup.
You will need to bring your passport or national ID document in order to collect the package at the Left Luggage desk.
